There are three ways to submit n order to us. You can either:
1. Telephone us at (928) 645-3475 and place your order over the telephone. Please be sure to have the following information listed below. If no one is in at the time of the call, feel free to leave a message and we will return your call.
2. E-mail us at sportsplaquesunlimited@cableone.net with a list of the item (s) you wish to purchase. Based upon the information you are able to give us, we will be able to calculate the total cost for you. Each of our large plaques weigh in just over 4 pounds. We have set up a flat shipping rate for our sports plaques. Shipping for a large sports plaque is $7.50 anywhere within the continental United States. Shipping for a small sports plaque is $1.00 anywhere within the continental United States. On multiple plaque orders, shipping can be adjusted. Insurance is available and it is optional. Payments can be made by money order or by credit card through Paypal.com. Once payment has been received through Paypal and notification is made, your item (s) will be shipped to your mailing address unless you have specified differently.
